This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of the Stylacal platform. Violations may result in suspension or immediate termination of your Workspace.
1. Prohibited Scheduling & Booking Practices
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Spam & Deceptive Invites: Generate unsolicited calendar invitations, distribute mass phishing links, or spoof sender identities.
- Slot Flooding & Denial of Service: Deploy automated scripts or bots to rapidly book, hold, or cancel appointment slots, disrupting availability for genuine clients.
- Deceptive Marketing: Offer fraudulent services, advance-fee schemes, or impersonate other brands, businesses, or public entities.
- Harassment & Discrimination: Use intake forms or automated SMS/WhatsApp reminders to harass, threaten, defame, or unlawfully discriminate against individuals.
2. Data Security & Technical Abuse
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Stylacal system, network, or database without prior written authorization.
- Attempt to circumvent multi-tenant isolation, reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms, or deduce cross-business calendar schedules.
- Store unencrypted sensitive personal identifiers (such as government-issued SSNs, passport numbers, or raw credit card PANs) inside free-form appointment notes or intake fields.
- Execute automated scraping of public booking directories or customer portal endpoints.
3. Payment & Merchant Integrity
When connecting Stripe to accept payments:
- You must provide truthful, accurate pricing disclosures and clearly communicate your refund, cancellation, and deposit policies to your clients.
- You may not use Stylacal booking forms to test stolen credit cards, operate fraudulent escrow schemes, or process money-laundering transactions.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your business activities comply with Stripe's Restricted Businesses Policy.
4. Enforcement & Reporting
Stylacal reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may issue a warning, disable specific booking pages, or immediately suspend your Workspace without refund.
