DNS Verification & SSL Certificate Delays

If your custom booking subdomain status displays DNS Pending:

• Propagation Time: DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 24 hours depending on your DNS host’s TTL (Time-To-Live) cache.
• Cloudflare Proxy Status: If managing DNS in Cloudflare, ensure the CNAME record is set to DNS Only (Grey Cloud) initially so our edge certificates can verify the endpoint directly.

Calendar Synchronization Delays

Stylacal listens for real-time webhook push notifications from Google Calendar and Microsoft 365. If a new personal event hasn’t blocked availability on your public booking page yet:

1. Navigate to Account > Connected Calendars and click Trigger Manual Sync.
2. Verify that the specific sub-calendar containing your personal event is checked under “Calendars to check for conflicts”.

Free Tier 5-Booking Monthly Limit

The Free Tier provides 5 confirmed bookings per calendar month (computed in the Workspace timezone):

Graceful Cap Architecture

When 5 bookings are reached, public booking pages automatically pause offering new slots for the remainder of that calendar month. Existing appointments remain active, and staff can continue managing them. Slots reopen on the 1st of the next month.

To accept unlimited bookings immediately, upgrade to the $50 Lifetime Base license or an Annual subscription.

Annual Subscription Renewal Failure & Grace Period

If an annual renewal charge fails:

1. You receive an email notification and a 7-day grace period begins.
2. During the grace window, your workspace continues functioning normally.
3. If payment remains uncollected after 7 days, your account reverts automatically to the Free Tier.
4. Zero Data Deletion: All historical client notes, previous appointments, and configuration remain safely stored in read-only mode. Updating your billing card restores full subscription features immediately.
